Delivery Policy

For carton orders delivered to home, the price quoted is for a single delivery, and if you are not home the courier will leave it in a safe place. Please leave a note via this shopping cart of where a safe place is at your home. We do try and require a signature on delivery to ensure you have received the items, however this is not always possible. The courier will also contact you if you aren’t home to seek instructions.

Whilst we do our best to minimise the chance of a problem with shipping, you must let us know within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery that there is a fault, a missing item or damage to your delivery.

It is your responsibility to unpack and inspect all parcels and cartons, including wall panels even if the cartons look undamaged.

Please take photos of any faults found and send them to info@storewall.com.au. We will only process claims for damaged stock if it is reported within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery. These are restrictions placed upon us by the courier companies.

Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, please contact us at info@gladiatorgaragestorage.com.au to secure a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). We will accept returned items for any reason within 14 days of the date you received the product and refund the full purchase price less a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging material. We recommend that you use a courier that offers insurance as part of its service, such as Australia Post. Returned products with missing parts or accessories will not be accepted.

Product Warranty

StoreWALL Australia is the authorised distributor of StoreWALL products in Australia and will abide by all applicable Australian Consumer Laws in relation to refunds and or the replacement of faulty or damaged goods.

StoreWALL warrants its Products commencing with the date of sale for a period of:

  • All Accessories – 12 months from the date of delivery to you, the original purchaser of the accessory as per our order confirmation details.

StoreWALL Australia warrants its Products to be free from defects in workmanship and material. If, within such warranty period, the Product shall be proved to Storewall Australia’s satisfaction to be defective, it shall be repaired, or at Storewall Australia’s option, replaced without charge. No warranty shall apply to Products used by anyone other than the original owner nor to Products which have been repaired or altered by others so as to effect the same adversely; which shall have been subject to negligence, accident or improper care, installation, maintenance, storage or other than normal use or service, during or after shipment; or which have been transferred from the first end-user. THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES (EXCEPT OF TITLE) INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL STOREWALL AUSTRALIA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES, EXPENSES, LOSSES OR DELAYS, HOWEVER SO CAUSED. INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FROM DECREASE IN INCOME, INCREASE IN COSTS OR ANY DESCRIPTION OR DECREASE IN PROFITS, OR FROM FAILURE OF ANY PART OF THE PRODUCT FURNISHED HEREUNDER. ALL LIABILITY OF STOREWALL AUSTRALIA ON ACCOUNT OF NEGLIGENCE OR IN LAW IS HEREBY WAIVED. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. No return shipments will be accepted unless Storewall Australia has given its approval in advance.
